Lighting Things On Fire

Ok, so the only way I know how to start things on fire like oil for instance is to have pyro skills. As of yet I have not seen any fire arrows or anything like that. Nor flint to make sparks to start fire, there is a quest to burn bodies which you literally can not complete otherwise.

Anyone know the secret to making fire?!

if you have oil , you can interact with bodies to burn it.
