Has anyone done the lost key quest? which is in osbrook, at the mill. I can't find the key, it says it's near the mill on the floor, but I can't find it

very easy, just highlght objects by ALT and pick it up. The lcoation is random but it is in one of fields around. 20 seconds quest.

I don't know if it's random per playthrough, but mine was at the northern most field by the fence.

it is, I replayed charand in one it was SE field, in second NE.

it's in a random wheat field on the SAME map, just walk around and press alt to highlight it.

Does the Quest end when you open the shed? Seems a bit odd that you dont return key, also is reward mentioned in the quest the bed in shed as a savepoint?

He tell you to keep everything you find in the barn as reward.

If you open the shed the quest ends immediately. If you talk to him first, he tells you to open it and take what is inside as your reward.

What happened to me once: the key didnt spawn because I apready explored all the wheat fields before bothering to talk with the old ♥♥♥♥

Not sure that is true. I regularly get the key before talking to him. In fact, you have different dialogue if you find it before ever talking to him, then take it to him before unlocking the shed.

If it did not spawn, that is simply a bug.
