Drink -> drink more -> cure hangover with potions works most likely, or you can run errands and eat all the berries/cooked mushrooms/mindworts on the way

Aside from one rare artifact acquired in distant dungeons, sleeping in Golden Grain Inn is the most efficient way to restore your psyche. Combine that with exquisite food you can buy here and the Mindwort herb and you will become the most sane mercenary to ever live.

Didn't or doesn't the cleansing chalice restore 1% each per sip.

Obviously that's assuming you went around the map to pick it up which can be a snoozefest so maybe you didn't (I stopped picking it up).

Otherwise booze for morale and a couple exquisite grocery foods(from Brynn). Ether inhaler for sanity, other drugs (the pink flask thingie) to counter their side effects of either booze or inhaler and a lot of water to counter the side effect of the pink flask thingie.

I actually had an old save I could salvage with it. Pretty sure wiki is outdated.

There is a different artifact for morale and sanity. It restores 1% per step you take when equipped, but takes up your headgear slot.

Other than that, mindwort and food/booze are the best. Check out the baker and chef in Brynn for some fantastic options!

I am not at artifacts yet in current run but I will look for it, having something usable could be useful keep around T4 dungeons too.

And ye, atm my msot usual and coist efficcienc cure is inhale+antitoxin for sanity and muffins for morale. Just inhale also ruins immunity so need load of fruit to get it back. It is not very cost efficient do Brynn dungeons for me atm, but I am able to recovery reassonably fast if needed.

It wasn't outdated. Chalice has two states (empty and filled), and wiki was showing the empty state. Screenshot from January 16th:

I edited the wiki for you, so now it shows stats too :)

Btw., I think the best solution is to never drop below 50% Morale/Sanity.

Most common reason why that happens is when players don't treat Pain or Injuries, so always carry enough splints, sponges and alcohol to take care of that right away, then this problem will also disappear.

It's also beneficial to do so, because only when Morale/Sanity stays above 50% you can proc Prudence, Heroism and Second Wind, which are amazing effects you always want.

Even though I play quite carefully, sometimes getting 3v1'd is unavoidable. Those effects have saved my life numerous times, they're super strong

Yeah, got it now. It is Crown of Benor artifact. In regard o everything else it is totally overpowered for the purpose - jsut make few steps and both sanity and morale are back on 100% in no time without effort.
