WineHQ or Wineskin Wrapper - MAC OS
Has anyone been successful at using Wine to play on Mac OS X Mojave or higher?

On the Proton Github there should be instructions to build it on MacOS - https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton

Before the Linux version of Stoneshard dropped, Proton worked perfectly fine with Stoneshard. So you could just build Proton on your Mac and play.

Otherwise the easiest option is to put Ubuntu on a USB and install it on your Mac with a small partition just to run Stoneshard.

To install Ubuntu, get everything working and download Stoneshard, it should only take about 20 minutes tops.

~ Havn't used a Mac in years, but I understand your pain, so that's why I'm trying to help out.
