Crafting Essence Of Deliverance

I got a quest at the rottenwillow tavern that need to slay the manticore but it also seem to have an optional route to cure it which is the potion, so from the notebook at the camp site the ingredient to make the potion are : [petrified moment, blooming sanity, eye of many-eyed ]which i presume that two of them are mindwort and crawler eye? Does anyone know what do petrified moment mean?
