Hidden Brynn merchant

After getting some reputation with the Rotten Willow tavern, one of the npc's there told me to go to Brynn and search for a merchant.

I cant find this merchant anywhere. I'm not sure if I'm just being unlucky or if this merchant was not added to the game yet.

Could you guys give me some help to find this npc?

In the SE tile of Brynn above the Close Harbor Inn there is a Campfire and above it a door.

Also wear Verren's ring if you still have it.

What would happen if I enter the building using it?

What happens If you use the ring?

The guy that owns the place tells you that he's indebted to Verren and offers you a small discount on his wares or services (paid rumors). It's probably noticeable if you're starting out or didn't take skinning.
