Is there a trader that you can sell stolen goods to?

You can either wait for the item to "stop being looked for" (more details in the crime mechanics devlog a while back) or go to a different town to sell them. But be wary, I encountered a bug that made it so some straw I happened to pick up in mannshire was being "looked for" in Brynn and I had to deal with the consequences of taking some dead grass all the way to a different town.
