Up to you, really. W/ high Willpower, your spells cost less, have shorter cooldowns, and your regen ticks more often. I prefer to enchant for +magic points and +magic regen and put everything in Willpower, personally.
You could put points in Vit and enchant for more defensive stats if you feel like it.
Other than that pure willpower seems the best as Atma has pointed out.
A couple of points Vitality will most likely not save you when things go horribly wrong and even then being able to cast more spells harder is probably still better.
Yeah but Vitality gives you more energy. Each point gives around +5...
i agree with atma 15 in perc and rest full willpower. You dont need any energy bonus at all. On higher lvls you got passives which regenerate mana after ignite so your mana will practically never end... you can struggle on early lvls only but you can rest and move on.
This is true, but you are giving up magic power, magic regen and cooldown reduction for 5 magic points.
You can get more than +5 mp with each enchant.
