Need help please Program requires 16 bit high color or 32 bit full color

i just got a brand new lg27gl850 monitor and i have a 1080 ti graphics card and i just got this game but when i hit play a pop up comes up and says this program requires 16 bit high color or 32 bit full color mode to play. i have checked under the nividia control panel and it says its set to highest 32 bit color depth but it still does not work. not sure what else to do maybe someone could help please ?
and under advanced display settings in windows 10 it shows 2560 x 1440 true color 32 bit 144 hertz , 10 bit depth not sure what else to check or change .
