Where to sell Treatises?
I tired selling the skill books, since it has high value but i don't seem to find anyone willing to buy it. Does anyone know merchants who buy it?

Bert, one of the 4 stall vendors in the center plaza. If you don't see him then it means that he was kidnapped and you will have to finish a contract to bring him back. Also, the value for treatise are bloated so only expect about 12 - 15% of it's value.
