Please help me correct this Enchant list

Well, it's not 100% accuracted but this is better than nothing, right?
And yes I care more about the highest values.

Weapons

Accuracy 3 - 5%
Armor Penetration 8 - 10%
Weapon Damage 4 – 9%
Energy and Life Drain 5 - 9%
Magic Power 4 - 9%
XXX Damage +2
Bleed Chance 2 – 3%
Crit Chance 3%
Crit Efficiency 12 - 20%
Spell Energy Cost (-5) – (-7)%
Fumble (-1) – (-2)%

Armors and Accessories[/b]

Dodge Chance 2 – 3%
Health 3 – 10
Energy 3 - 16
XXX Res 2 - 5%
Health and Energy restoration 1 – 5%
Healing Efficientcy 4 - 6%
Damage Reflection 2 – 5%
Fortitude 6 - 10%
Noise Produced (-5) – (-9)%
Vision +2

Both

Block Chance 2 – 4%
Block power 2 – 11
Counter Chance 2 – 4%

***Notes***
1) Different item tier may affect the chance to roll higher max value. Especially on HP and EN.
For example, I don't think you can roll more than 6 HP on your starter cape.

2) javijuji said "The formula is weird. I've rolled my rings over 300 times. You can get 7 HP and 9 energy or 5 and 11. Seems like they always have to add up to 16. Same thing happens with all the items. You cannot get max hp and max energy. Its a combination of both that always adds up to the same number.".

i believe this is inacurated, since i spend like 40 mins enchanting a pair of gloves, and the most block power i could ever get was 3

EDIT: For fire damage, there's a chance to set an enemy target on fire too. So it's way better than just adding the 2 points of extra damage.

No idea what the % is though.

Yeh same goes poison +2 but I don't think the chance is high though.

I was first told by javijuji on my reddit thread that he got +9block on his gloves. The chance of getting high value on Block Power is very low. The highest value I got was 10-11 on my helmets.
(I don't think each piece of gear has different max value for certain stats but I'm not 100% sure yet.)

Crit Efficiency can be 12% to 20%, i got 12% and 20% on my weapon.

Im not sure if all combinations of stats are possible and some area really hard to get...
I finally got the combo i wanted for my 72% crit mage build.
Crit Chance 3% Magic Power 9% Normally it`s always at 7
and Magic Power 9% Crit Efficiency 20%

It was really hard to get... Same as this one Magic Power 9% and Spell Energy Cost -7% only got it one time so far..

so the update would be
Crit Efficiency 12 - 20%
i think i even seen Magic Power go up to 10%

I know i had a notepad saved with combos but i cant find it maybe ill make them next round if you want... :)
Armor and rings are lot easier less good combos and yes after like 1000 enchants i have never see more then 6 Hp on armor or accessories....

I found a staff with 23% crit efficiency before, but that's from a dungeon. I've never managed to get anything higher than 19% when enchant manually. Also, Fortitude can reach 10%, Health is 10, Energy is 15.

I have only seen M.Pow 9% but if you manage to roll that M.Pow 10% again, please send me a screenshot of it.

Max Health is 10 and Max Energy is 15.

Also, healing efficiency can reach 6% atleast, and counter is 4%.

I don't really understand how it works but so far HP and EN enchant seems to function like what javijuji said.

It doesn't contradict with the max values that Pháp sư cưỡi chim đỏ and Hawke have reported.

HP + 10 and EN + 16

Well that or higher tier gear have higher max value. For example, I don't think I can roll more than 6 HP on my starter cape.
