Asking for Tips in Crafting Hemlock Weapons

I am trying to craft King's Hemlock Sword, but I never find "Pure Hemlock Gem". I have tens of the other gems, but somehow never found the pure one. Is it crafted from other gems?

Also, can you craft phantom stone bricks from phantom stone fragments? If yes, how?

Lastly, another way to craft the King Hemlock's Sword is with "Broken Pot Spoon + Slime Pot" I guess the 'broken pot spoon' it refers is from the "Royal Spoon". If so, I would like to ask the recipe, since I can't get the recipe no matter how much I try.

Royal Spoon: Pot Spoon + 5 Gilded Phantom Stone Brick + 25 Strange Pot Fragment + 3 Hemlock Coin + Golden Syrup + 1 Slotted Golden Skull

Recipe did drop for me, but lots of drops seem very random and if they will drop.

Where do you get coins and gems? I only get broken fragments and rings from the night portals.
