Can anybody assist finding some letter(s) I seem to be missing?

J&B's appreciation letter is what i am missing for the achievement. Couldnt find it anywhere, would you tell me where it is if you remember?

Hi, sorry I can’t recall where I found this one unfortunately. If I was to guess I would say the mansion because I ‘think’ the context was thanking Vivian for donations to the hospital. I could be completely wrong! Perhaps creatively bankrupt could help? They was super helpful with the exact locations. Unfortunately I also started a new game and lost all the letters to obtain the Grade F achievement so I won’t be able to boot it up and get more info :(

Hey all.

I seem to be missing the "Derrick's Confession" letter.

I just looked again in his & Wanda's house, in the garage, and in Trisha's hospital room, but I couldn't find them.

Does anyone happen to recall where this letter is?

He and Trisha talked about leaving something behind to commemorate their friendship, and then they'd come back in 10 years to look at it again.

Specifically, a time capsule, buried at the cemetery
