"Dying Man's Letter" archivement

I did find all letters and did finish with 100% A+, but am still missing the "Dying Man's Letter" archivement. Is this even possible?
Isn't Calvin's confession letter the one for the archivement?

I think you have to find a letter in the hospital for that achievement.

At some point that was my thought too. Where would be a person that is dying, but has still the time, energy and possibility to write a letter. Certainly this person can't be a murder victim, so up to the hospital. But so far I did only find my last letter for the all letters archivement, which was a piece of paper I didn't even realize I could read.

I'm also looking for this letter, to no avail. Seems like I've combed the hospital fully. Any help you can offer?

second Floor

in a larger room with more than one window

on the right side of the room (from where you enter) stands a cabinet with its side shortly in front of the outer wall (so the one with the windows)

the letter is basically in the gap between the cabinet and the outer wall

Where though? I looked at the 3 windowed room on second floor, there is a white cabinet with glass yes but there is no note. Either I found it or I dont know. I got all the keys and diaries but still dont have all the letters achievement says.

Don't know how I could make it clear without reinstalling the game and having a look myself.
Make sure the cabinet is on the right side of the room and I think it didn't have any glass doors.

But what I can definitlely tell you is that this letter only counts for the "Dying mans letter" archivement, not for the "Found all letter" archivement.
