Church desk code not working

Tried every variation of Calvin's birthdate and nothing. I thought it was supposed to be his birthday? I tried day/month, month/day, year, month/year, etc, etc. Nothing worked.

The desk of father Matthew? It's not Father Calvins birthday, you will find a note somewhere to what he changed it (from whatever it was before).
Father Calvins birthday can be used somewhere else in the church, a thing you possible didn't even noticed yet having a code lock.

Yeah, you get a note for the password, but can figure it out by yourself, too. The birthday-thought is right, you just have the wrong person.

Thanks. I just got her b-day too :) Do you know the code to the giftbox in the stump? Can't figure that one out either.

You have to visit all the 6 favorite spots of Matthew and Sofia. There are hints written on the walls and one of them is the code for the box.
And if you want to know right now, the code is at the right wall of the church.

Thanks. I must be blind because I visited the locations and never saw a single hint on any wall. Outside and inside of the church.. not seeing anything on the walls either. Gonna keep looking

I'm pretty sure the hints only appear once you found a diary or probably alternatively this letter of Father Matthew with information about it.
