Cannot Find Friend's Server On Career Mode Online

Hi,

Both my friend and I have been trying to set up on online career mode; problem being that we cannot find each other's server on the list when trying to join the game (we have both tried to host a game while the other joins). We have the same download region on (even tried switching to others to see if it was a particular region that was the issue). We are both on the latest version of FM and our firewall isnt blocking the game. Does anyone have a solution for this? When others have reported this issue it is usually the download region but that is not the case as previously mentioned.

If you put friends only it should come up.

When the go to load game is it an FM Network game. Also try checking preferences or something like that just in case.

MikeyB a friend and I have the same problem almost every time we go to play, we have to try restarting the server and giving it a minute or restarting mine and his client until it finally decides to work.

Oh yeah. I had this problem, I would load up the server and wouldn't come up, then I would restart my game and the server (game) would be up.

Hey guys , me and a friend have a problem too.When one of us try to to connect to the server it says that he is unable to connect to the server.. Would really appreciate if someone reply.

This is a normal thing, just retry joining and don't click anything when you click join, restart the game, same with the host. Try them.

Thanks guys; our issue was simple, my friend is an absolute tool and was trying to connect through FM Touch when i was in the full game. Might be worth clarifying with your friend though just in case! My friend also had a problem with his profile where it would show up twice when i searched, not sure the reason for that though but he managed to sort that out. Before he sorted that profile issue out, he wouldnt register as being online.
