B team Promotion from an Unplayable League

My B Team is in the 4th tier, which is unplayable. Is there any way, either with an editor or without, to get them promoted to the third divsion?

There are about 80 playable teams in the Spanish B1 through B4 (3rd tier) Looks like a handful get relagated each year

It would be much more fun and help the club more if I could play with the B Team instead of just playing friendlies all the time.

What I do is go into editor and redo the Spanish league and make sure I add the leagues that the club I want to be active is there. You can also just activate the 4th division of Spain in advance rules if you don’t want to redo the Spanish league.

When season start you can increase reputation of B team with an editor. To be at least 7000 - 8000. Probably B team will promote from the first year.
