The Dynamics feature amplifies the already existing importance of morale and squad harmony by adding more depth to player relations. If you piss off a highly influential player in the squad, your whole team might get angry with you. And losing the dressing room might actually end up costing you your job.
Last year's introduction of the sports scientist and the data analyst didn't really do anything, but the staff roles now actually have dedicated attributes and actual functionality. The scouting system has been upgraded, so you can actually allocate a budget for scouting.
The match engine is improved, but i haven't really noticed a large difference in that. But still i am massively enjoying the game and think it's very different from last year. Some people apparently dont notice much difference, but they clearly haven't spent much time playing it yet.
