so, now released ACT 2··· somebody know that way to get 'BOROS' achievement ?
or is it just broken ?
we can get all achievement in ACT 2, but ACT 1 is not :'(

Presumably gotten either by using an Act 4 save file or a Hauntswitch save file, both of which are currently unavailable to achieve.

Fun fact I shall leave here, 0.6% of players that own Hiveswap have the achivement > BOROS.

An achievement could be completely unattainable, as in the trigger for it was never coded into the game whatsoever, and you would still see that very small (usually <1%) percentage of players that have the achievement. That is because they use third party software to unlock the achievement.

It's not far fetched, neither a debate. it happens quite a bit on steam. The team on this website/app are immensely strict on their users, and have been for many years-to the point where cheaters would, could, and still get vac bans put directly onto their profiles for cheating and using mods ( which i personally think is a bit wild)
Look at the discussion boards here and on Reddit. People are pissed off that they can't play the game they payed for after cheating to acquire this Achievement.
in a way i somewhat understand where Gabe is coming from.
people are impatient and don't want to take the time to earn things so instead they resort to utilising taboo practice in order to obtain a desired goal. Wether right or wrong, it isn't in my right to judge, but if you touch fire you get burned regardless, plain and simple.

No one is getting banned for having this achievement, and what you described is a vac ban, which is for games using Valve's anti-cheat my guy. This game doesn't use it, nor would it ever need a reason to. That and VAC doesn't detect achievement unlockers

There is zero risk of being banned from anything by Valve for using SAM. Using it does not violate their terms of service, as Steam support will confirm to anyone who asks them, so it creates no problems at all as far as Valve is concerned. I suppose in theory a dev of a multi-player game could ban anybody for pretty much any reason from playing on their multi-player servers, but that's on them theoretically (never heard of it actually happening), nothing to do with Steam itself.

You're just straight up incorrect though, stop digging into the relevancy of other points I've made to detour the conversation from it's main reasoning. at this point you're just arguing semasiological hogwash disassociated from the topic at hand.
