Looks like a hole in the wall, now that I'm looking at it more closely.

I got the surely he has some other purpose achievement by using Byers on the kitchen door in Dammek's hive. Unsure if it was because I used Byers on enough objects or if there's some other trigger.

Never mind, actually managed to find it.

It could just be use Byers on 30 different objects. The specific object I used it on (the hand) had dialogue stating I should stop using him on things, so that's why I thought it was the hand. Did you get the same dialogue, Red?

Nah, just some normal dialogue about "I could use him as a distraction?" in regards to the lusus.

Regardless, the achievement literal had the number 30 on the design, so it's safe to say that 30 objects is the trigger.

I was able to add these two to your list, if others can confirm them as both are rather iffy.

This is probably it, because i've checked the cage ONLY after it's empty and not in-between birds and I didn't get this achievement.
