Inside Dammek's "living room", play the SerpentS game on the terminal next to the door that closed behind Joey and enter GRUBBLES. This unlocks the doors to Dammek's respiteblock and his "kitchen".
Go up the stairs, they lead to the "attic" above Dammek's respiteblock. The hoverpad is on the left of the screen.
