Is Joey's Father Jade's Grandfather? Is She Joey's Daughter?

Everything Jade describes about her Grandfather alines with Joey's father but more extreme, the blue paintings, the hunting, the picture, etc. But would Jade be Joey's daughter? I mean, Jade was created by John, but would there be some original Jade that was actually Joey's Daughter? Or, maybe she's Jude's daughter. But the Homestuck lore does interfere with this theory.

Joey is a teen in th 90s and Jade turned 13 in 2008.

They are the same person. The fact that neither Joey, nor Jude appear in homestuck is either because something nefarious happened to them, or they just don't associate with their "Pa" once they grow up.

Sorry for the last comment, I was talking about the Jude's daughter theory. Pre-Scratch Jake is definitly her father.
Something nefarious did happen to Joey (See the game), and we can only assume that in Hauntswitch Jude will have his own problems.

My theory is that Grandpa Harley is so old so soon because of time shenanigans involving The Medium. Which I'm pretty sure is the name of the place that Derse and Prospit are in. Remember how Jade's dream self was already dead and stuffed in the atic of Jades earth house, and Post-Scratch we see that there are teleporters to Derse and Prospit in the frog temple? And we see Grandpa Harley on a ship in the Medium in an animation, I think the same one where Jade dies. So maybe young Pa Harley goes off to have adventures in the Medium, and coincidentally goes back in time. Then he goes back to earth physically with his ship instead of using the teleporter, which would have sent him forwards in time. So he's aged, but from our point of view it hasn't been very long. I didn't reread this so sorry if it doesn't make sense. tl;dr There are teleporters in the frog temple that also seem to send things to the past on Derse and Prospit. Pa Harley probably went through one, then aged, then went back to earth on a ship instead of teleporting back to the future.

We also see baby Jade on the island, so I doubt that Joey could've even been her adopted mother.

When I said nefarious, I meant that they might be dead by the time the events in Homestuck occur.

I can one-up that and say that Joey might become one of the denizens of the safer universe, to help prepare for the future and because snakes. It doesn't even have to be a final fate at all, because swapping hives.

Sorry for necro, but i did figure it out. In one of the pictures of Joey's mom, it says "To Jake, My biggest fan". Jake actually is technically Jades grandfather , so I was kinda right, but this is in some alternate timeline probably. Roxy and Jake are refferenced as guardians in this game. And Jade and her dog I think too . Maybe this game takes place in the universe from the end?

I haven't noticed anything in the game that suggests it doesn't take place in the same universe as page 1 of Homestuck

Humans and trolls co-exist in that universe. This game brands itself as being set in the 90s which would place it before any of the main cast. Jake is Jade's grandfather because when he adopted her, the age difference would be too big for parentage.

Oh yeah, right, and it wouldn't fit on the pre and post scratch universe timelines either, becasuse jakes name is English, and hes 16 in 2012 in (B2 i think) and it wouldn't fit in (AI)'s timeline because of ages. Oh well
