Space bar toggles slow motion on/off.

The number codes you can find are either phone numbers/safe codes.

The button at the top left of the screen lets you change the floor.

An eye icon over someone means they're a witness and will have to be bribed.

Some missions have readable newspapers which will contain hints/needed information.

Do you know how you can drop an item from inventory? In the first mafia mission I can't pick up the key to the stairs because my inventory is full. I think it may be a bug.

You drag the item from the inventory to the ground if I remember.
