Childcare Bathroom?

I've tried everything and still get bad reviews for no bathroom for childcare. Do I have to zone a toilet as restroom in a child care zone?

Just build the bathroom into the childcare zone and you should be fine :)

I am having the same issue! I have built in bathrooms and just got a negative review for not having a restroom.

me too. I have the bathrooms in the zone and SOME of the kids go but then I get the annoying my kid peed on the floor bad negative. How is that MY fault when your kid isn't potty trained?!

Getting this issue too. The toilets are definitely within the childcare zone, one gets used up to 7x per day but still get a daily bad review.

I'm a monster. I just put down a toilet in the child care area and the bad reviews stopped. Like I didn't even give them walls or a door. Just literally a toilet in the middle of the room

In fairness, in many childcare centers the toilets literally are in the open--no doors, etc., for potty training purposes. Not saying that's what the dev is going with purposefully here, but it's more common than you'd think. Also, they're tiny little toilets, the size of toddler chairs. Quite cute but very impractical for average-sized humans.
