Report a translation problem
In fairness, in many childcare centers the toilets literally are in the open--no doors, etc., for potty training purposes. Not saying that's what the dev is going with purposefully here, but it's more common than you'd think. Also, they're tiny little toilets, the size of toddler chairs. Quite cute but very impractical for average-sized humans.
I figured out what was causing this & it will be fixed in the next bug fix patch.
