Trigger Death?

Is there a trigger death function somewhere that I am not seeing? I just logged in and I am somehow on the railing of the ship near starter village.. and I cannot move. Can't find a trigger death anywhere and I cant teleport to the inn due to it saying that I "cannot do that yet"

A little frustrated.
