Sound issues

I have turned off sound completely because i can not hear friends over mic. But even with every thing at 0. I still hear wind and waves and they are loud I can not hear friends over head set. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still same thing it is UNREAL loud

ocean and wind sound not yet linked to the sound settings, working on that. You can set the games audio yourself in windows itself to turn it off for now.
