i can't do anythings and disconnect in game when login

most time i can't do anythings and disconnect in game when login. just can move around and wait disconnect in 10s.

means if i remove all quest will fix this bug on my character ?

I had this bug before. Enter the game and bring up your Journal. Click on each quest you have and Abandon/Delete them. You might end up crashing while you do it so be patient. Once you gett hem deleted, exit full out of the game then log back in. It should work.
