Characters cant interact with NPC

We seem to have a rare quest bug where it will break you character and on login you will no longer be able to interact with other NPC in the game or get disconnected regularly on login. This could be because of a quest bug we currently have. Please send me your characters name on discord and we will clear your quests for you.
