Any help with this one? I have no idea what I'm missing, comparing my lore items to the very few limited guide lists, it seems as if I have everything yet the achievement doesn't pop.

Saw that but it's not very useful as it shows no locations apart from actual missions, and going through the list I have all of those.

Just to make sure: you have to collect them all as one character.

Also, in my game Drizzt's journal always has an exclamation mark as if I had a new lore item, while there are none. So probably he's bugged, and you'd better use another character.

I have uploaded screenshots of all lore items (base game+DLC). You can check them to see what's missing, so that at least you know what shape and colour to look for.

i have the same problem. i should have gotten the DLC achievement, because i have all the items from the list, BUT it doesnt pop.

also sometimes i find a missing piece and get the exclamation mark just at the corner not at the item itself. i guess some pieces will need to be collected twice (for you and me) for the triggering.
