You come out swinging like our opinions differ, but then you also criticize the trailer?
Do you even understand the words I wrote?
oh really? what's your argument against my "ridiculous" viewpoint? Do you have one or are you gonna just call me names?
you know I've never watched critical roll. Heard a lot about it, just never got around to checking it out. Is it really cringey as you say?
HERESY!
No, I will live forever!
*Ominous laughter*
However, since I am a Russian who has no money by definition, then no one cares.
/me looks up the history of WotC ...
yes they did.
Personally I also heavily dislike the art direction too.
But then again, this is Dark Alliance, you don't play this for the story or immersion, it's mostly for the arcade action

It has a real odd fan-base, alot of weird players always get a reward mind set, just comes off extra sensitive. Inclusion first, then content it seems. A hard watch if your not used to everyone gets a prize for participation.
These games are designed for cooperative passage.
And without a large number of players online, co-op is impossible.
You can certainly play a couple of times with friends, but practice shows that people who have a personal life have little free time to always be at hand.
First, even if it really is an AAA project (which I strongly doubt), the high price and lack of strong advertising, doom the project to a low online level.
For example, I got to the page of this game by accident, when I generated recommendations 6 times in a row.
Then, starting from the beginning of the summer and until the end of the year, in addition to this game, many other more interesting projects will be released, as well as many projects will come out of the early access stage.
Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance Is doomed initially...
This game can only save the hype and a huge number of pre-orders, which will not be.

I don't think this game will be bad.
And I'll probably even buy it.
A year or two after the release.
At a discount of 50-90%. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
