A heavy discount before you take it off Steam shelf?

This will at least help to get some sales in and more getting it on their backlog. So 75% or more discount is a pretty big welcome!

Won't happen. You know why? Because that would be a smart thing to do... So of course it won't happen.

Do what I did and buy it on console. It's part of GameStop's buy two get one sale now, and costs $9.99. So $20 for 3 games and you get a free upgrade to the PS5 version. While not the $4.99 I was able to snag it for, it's a much better price than the PC version.
