sorry for the late response! We was on the Gamescom in Germany and had no possibility to answer you.
YES, Chapter 1, 2 and 3 are very similar! In Chapter 2, we added small Adventure-Parts, new levels and we are telling the story further. We hope, you and your mom like it :).

Yes, because some people like the variety very much! But i will talk with the devs about a "Skip"-Button as a patch after the release. Thanks for your feedback :).

And I think you answered my question I was going to ask. I like to get 100% in games but hate anything timed and if the M3 is timed which it sounds like it is then this series sadly is a no buy for me. Having a skip button on it wouldn't help as there is an achievement to get 3 stars on it.

the match-3 levels are not "timed", but you must beat the level within the limit of moves or do we talk about the same thing?
