bug

the cutscene for the first level of the last area just freezes with no dialogue. the background elements are moving but emily, vito, paige, and the twins are standing still and no dialogue pops up. I can skip the cutscene but i'm missing the story haha

Every time I try to sent a report to that, it gives me an error. It's the first cut scene of the last level. It just freezes. Everyone just stands there and nothing happens. I can skip it, but I won't get the trophy for finishing all story related stuff. This is the second game I've bought from you guys that has had a bug like this. It's always "We'll fix it/ Look into it" but never do.

1. Load Steam
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes
5. Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit

I apologize again for the inconvenience caused.

I still got the trophy without doing the cut scene. I apologize and took my review down. I may try this just to see if it works.

So this is still an issue a year later...the cutscene that plays on level 51 is just frozen. If you want to see the story, you can look for the cutscenes on youtube!

It still didn't fix in 2021

The issue has remained unfixed up until 2024. The developers only need to enter level 51 themselves to see that the screen is stuck and the cutscene doesn't play properly.
How disheartening it is that this problem has never been given the attention and fix it deserves!
