Unlock all habilities

'm stuck at lvl 52 ... and can't get any more XP to unlock all abilities, did i miss something?

level cap is 20, and there seems to be a story point that stops you spending skill points.

My exp locked at level 52 also. Thankfully I was only missing a handful of skills that I didn't really care about. The dev gave me some command in another thread that he said would unlock all abilities but it didn't work for me. You may want to try asking him.

Otherwise you'll maybe want to start a new game and prioritize your skills now that you are more familiar with what each one does.
