From what I have been seeing, and what is described here, explain to me how this is a DLC and not just a major update/patch? The description only gives you patch notes, aka improvements and fixes. A DLC by definition is additions to the game. Unless you are talking about the one small paragraph up above that starts with "Join Celia Hernandez..." But it doesn't really explain what the DLC is. So I'm confused a bit. Can you please tell us more about the DLC and not just the patch notes?

So you are confused becouse of not paying for that scenario?
For free it also can be called DLC.
