just checked and got savefile for every scenario, what's the name of it and which cities do you got? will check what worked for me.
what is your strategy?
i focused on 2 strains and 2 types of customers only, would have expanded to a second selling location with same customer but it worked out with just 1 selling location.
Ended up having two employees (always give them a raise before the first skill upgrade, they are less demanding later on then) for selling, growing and my tea cabinets. SLH (grow location 1) was always Epic, even when the employer (level 2) grew it. GDP (grow location 2) was uncommon but just started that grow and was in the process of me tweaking the nutrients...and then the mission was already done. One Competitor gave up so i could raise my prices again.
What costs you the most money per month? Just fire overpayed employees and get new ones and skill them only in one specific thing. Try an older save?

sorry, i forgot. all my SLH had the same soil and nutrients and they always came out with the same quality under the same lights. never experienced your problem, only when i overlooked something (happened a lot) =)
Keep us updated! :D
hehe.....So thanks for your advice, it really helped alot.
better quality will always give you higher ratings which you really want in late game with more competition.
don't get me wrong, employees are crucial (and deserve a raise if they ask) since you become more of a manager in late game and they are not endless! always talk to them and keep them in a good mood.
hit me up if you have more questions or so.
happy gaming!
the game is a bit more about talking than i would have liked, to be honest.
this may make little sense now that i read it but i mean the icons for customers that want to order some batch of weed with some specific effects. these sales will earn you black or white reputation to develop main char.
but don't feel too hard pressed to develop new strain for every new request, even just refuse those where there are too many new effects requested, and new opportunities of this type will show again later.
