How to beat Special Occasion?

I have my tourists in Denver from 2 to 3.5. The objective said increase it 1,5 stars via marketing.

Why is it not completing the mission? This is on the 2nd story mode that starts in denver.

You need to creat a marketing campaign that ups in 1.5 in a single campaign. Not over time. You don't even need to wait for the campign to finish. as soon as you set the right campaing, capable of elevating 1.5 star by itself, the mission will be complete.
You need to find the midia that speaks with the public you want to reach AND the three subjects they like (each public has three subjects they respond to, each subject make the stars grow in 0.5).

So what marketing campaign settings did everyone use? I've had no success but I've tried travelling with all 5x mediums, also travelling + family, travelling + food, etc.

Edit: Figured it out. For anyone else that searches this:
Tourists use Flyers and the Internet.
They like traveling, animals, and food.
