I cant make enough dosh to get out of the first...I'm missing something or just was not explained how to get more cash.

Quantity is, from my understanting, better than quality as the latter is easier to sell but even by going for quantity my stocks are depleted way before the next harvest.
Altough 18k profits for three consecutive months is way out of my reach so far.

I managed to do it by not hiring anyone. The game wants you to hire one employee and you can probably make money with just one. But, when I had 3 employees I went broke pretty quick.

Yea it sucks that employee cost so much and do so little. Its a ton of micromanagement and the game punishes you for hiring help.

You can rent more rooms in another building for more planting

I had one scenario I rented 3 buildings with 3 grow rooms with DIY cfl's and only one strain in each with only 2 selling locations and still could keep stock.

This game indeed has a lot to be worked on or patched, I myself cant go far, got arrested 1st game and lost my employees 2nd time they left me and I couldn't keep up with rent or something so lost again, they need to improve on the micromanaging crap, that's a lot to deal with and the employees don't seem to do much to really help.

You need to do everything by yourself. Your employees are way to slow.
For selling they might work but planting isnt working with employees.

Yea but having multiple buildings in two cities and trying to grow on your own sucks! They gotta patch this...

Yeah unfortunately employees are only worth using to sell, research lab, front business. They can grow somewhat efficiently late game once you have them leveled up but they cost like 800+ to maintain due to how efficient they grow. But even then I dont think they're capable of pumping out consistent rare or epic quality with perfect bud conditions.

I personally don't really enjoy hoping from grow house to grow house to micro manage all of my plants and once you get introduced to a new city its even more cumbersome and stressful. If you don't keep up with your old city your employees will likely end up in jail.

It is a bit annoying when you grow a fat batch and its sold immediately. You just feel like you're stuck in this constant loop of having to sit in the grow room the entire game. Early game I wasn't a fan of the whole nutrients min-maxing. I spent way too much time worrying about that when the research lab should have been unlocked earlier in my opinion.

Think you guys are doing something wrong if youre struggling for money. I have 2 cities going, 1 grow house in each that are full automated with workers and im making 9k a profit atm and thats just after get ripped by my workers so now most are on $1500 a month. Like i have so much weed stocked up in one city because its grow house grows over 5k weed every 3months that i can just grow heaps of different strains and have them sitting there ready for contracts. Ive actually been afk while the game plays on its own for nearly a hour now with no issues.
Heres a pic from the 2nd city incase you didnt believe me or were just curious as to what im saying

Edit - most of that stocked weed is Legendary quality too :P

You guys arent trying to grow more than one strain per grow house cycle right? Or trying to sell multiple strains at once? Because growing different strains at once will drop the quality as a base line then drop it even more if they strain require different temps and humidity. Also dont bother trying to sell more than one strain per place or growing a strain that targets multiple customers. Just sell one strain per place and make sure its a strain with the highest rating for the highest paying customer. Thats all i do. Right now just mostly selling to cancer patients and the PTSD people at like $22 a gram

Its a slow go at the start, as far as profit, employees, weed grade, weed stash. IMO, targeting the jocks with Super Lemon Haze helps.

You need to talk with the cops in the early game, befriend them, and when you get employee's going. Have an employee start gathering dirt on them.

You're not growing weed to just grow weed, you're growing weed to sell it. Look at the customers you want to target and their price threshold and preferred weed/grade. Typically you want to target the people willing to spend more per gram.

Then you adjust your grow to meet the needs.

Hope this helps.

Im at 1 million in cash, legal weed setups going, selling to celebs and patients seems to be the most profitable.

For the most part, still using medium level grow equipment.

Another tip, dont take on more rent if you cant afford it. Have a plan in place when you do expand, a target customer and plant your going to grow.

You can always leave a building you just bought to, if its making you go broke. I've done this a couple times. You'll get alittle bit of refund as well, and do away with the added rent.

Dont just jump to a new place because it unlocked.

Maximize your profits the best you can in Flint first.

I started using Fargo as a place to grow and fill order missions. With one building, even hiring someone to smuggle at one point. To fill order mission back in Flint.

I do that but it's very stressful full. I'm no stop clicking and even that isn't enough I keep loosing and the worse is that it says game over but I never know the reason why. It's a fun game but very stressful
