"RATINGS Up" quest stuck in Denver, 2nd story
I don't understand what should I do!
- Use marketing to make City Officials rate your strain at least 1 star higher.
I made Tech Bros 100% pot-loving (+1.5 star), now what? I have to raise up Cannabis Acceptance +1 to everyone in the city?

Oooh, City Officials is a group! Jesus! Ok, I got it, but I think, word "group" should be in quest's text
