If you really need advice, just note that Ink Bendy has specific spawn points, which means he can't spawn everywhere on a floor. Only from certain spots. He also spawns every 2-4 minutes, generally (unless there's an enemy carrying a quest item, in which case he never does until you kill said enemy). So if you want to, you can just hide every time you think he's about to appear.
That seems like really faulty logic because that just means you're basically dead everytime he appears around you and you're not five feet from a miracle box to hide in
Like playing Russian Roulette with the game and hoping he never spawns nearby
Ink Bendy can't see you until his spawning animation is over, so you still have a short amount of time to break line of sight, if near a wall, and run/walk away without him spotting you. Not only that, but like I said, he has specific spawn points per floor and a cooldown (or "timer", as some players call it). That alone should allow you to never get caught by him. You can definitely play the entire chapter easily without dying to him. You just need a strategy to avoid being at the wrong place at the wrong time, which is pretty easy once you understand how his AI works.
To be clearer: he cannot always spawn close to you because there are places where he has no spawn point. So if you know where *exactly* he can spawn (as well as the location of every single Little Miracle station, obviously) then you should be fine.
Here's a guide that shows you all of his spawn points, if you want:
