I CAN'T BEAT THE BUTCHER GANG!

I just beat the task where you have to destroy the Bendy cutouts in Chapter 3, but I can't beat the Butcher Gang for the next task! All I have is the pipe! I tried rushing to the room with the axe, but the Butcher Gang kills me before I can get there! I need a stronger weapon like the tommy gun. Can someone teach me on how to beat them?

Btw, i'm not hating on the game. I love this game. Don't think i'm hating on it. BATIM is an awesome game.

Here's what I did: Jump on the barrels near the staircase they walk down and hit them on the head in the gaps between the barrels. It was the only way I could survive their attacks and the constant spawning of the searchers.

Relax, I had the same problem too. There's an axe in the boarded up room on level 9 across from the Bendy statue. You'll have to chop the boards down while you have the axe for the cutouts. After that, the room will stay unsealed. There's an axe in it. BUT DON'T grab it before you click on the drop box. Cause if you do that, Henry will dig out the pipe again. Striker & Piper get to you around the same time. But you can avoid the problem by taking the pipe after the cut out mission, then RACE to that room you chopped the boards off of. You can jump and avoid the searchers and make it there before the gang. You get in there. The axe will shine. You can be safe in there. The searchers will give up so you'll only have to deal with the gang. Yet, if you stay against the crates, the gang will be stuck on the door way and each other :D So you can chop them up. And if you take damage, retreat to the crate that the axe was laying on. That spot is safe for you to heal, as the gang is struggling to get you. Then you can finish off Fisher and be done! :D

Also the tommy gun is only available if you turn the floating ink mold into the ink machine, you don't die during any of Alice's tasks, and that you choose the DEMON path. You can't get the gun from the Angel path, cause I guess angels don't use such weapons, ironic that she'd have one if she never plans to use it.

That's exactly what I did, and I beat the butcher gang, but when I got back to the game, it didn't save my progress and it got harder, and the searchers kill me instantly, MavisRead.

Thanks for this. I love how she takes your axe while wanting you to kill them... I couldn't beat this part without this trick. There was no axe in the boarded up room for me.
