Notice how out of all the cartoon characters in the studio, Boris is the only one that hasn't become a monster, and helped henry survive. Supposedly this is because Henry made boris, while Bendy and Alice were drawn by Joey.
Another thing I found peculiar was in Chapter 2 on Susie Campbell's audio file. I think the tape was recorded before the introduction of Boris. Firstly, Boris was never mentioned in the tape. It was always "You'll be as popular as Bendy some day." Now notice how the two most frequently seen characters around the studio and in the actual cartoons are Bendy and Boris. If boris was around during the recording of that tape, wouldn't he have been mentioned too? They also could have started with Bendy and Alice to resemble other characters such as Mickey and Minnie, or Betty boop and bimbo, and then later giving the spotlight to Boris instead of Alice due to popularity.
As for Ink Bendy's foot being "stuck in the ground", that's part of his limp. He limps very heavily; the ink on his left foot is more goopy due to it's shape.
