Characters:
Bendy:Joey Drew
Alice:Susie Cambell
Projectiones:Norman Polk
Up until Chapter 4 we only thought there to be one Alice Angel because we never saw a second one and it wasn't very well hinted at until her appearance in the end. I believe the people running around in the Chapter 3 reveal trailer may have been both Allison and Tom. (Closer inspection would suggest it to be the Lost Ones.) So as far as anyone is concerned there could be dozens of Bendys, just as we've seen a dozen or so Boris' and Butcher Gang members.
As for why the Ink Demon is evil, that's subjective to say the least. He could be straight up neutral, possibly hunting you down because you're their only means of escape, or maybe he's just a ♥♥♥♥? We don't really know, even though "Demon" implies an inherit evil, we've seen that bounce around enough that the word has been bastardized. However, this is suppose to be around the time of rubber hose animation, so "Demon" has a more solid meaning. And villians back then didn't really have to have a motive to their actions, they could just be evil for the sake of being evil.
But if you're going with "the ink made them evil" then you should try explaining Allison and Tom, who rescued you, Boris, who guided you to safety, and those Lost Ones, and all of their reasons for not being evil. I don't believe the Ink itself is causing some kind of direct effect on their morals that twists them to being evil. Only people who have been put into horrible situations and how they differ to a stressor. Some rising to the occasion, others fleeing for dear life, all while a cult is being developed.
Well there can be lots of reasons, like Creators lied to Bendy. That lie could be anything, it could be that wasn't solded off when he was, it could be that the show wasn't dying when it was, it could be that Joey would never harm his beloved toons when he does, it could be that Joey promised to be there always for the toons and then he wasn't. Bendy going crazy could be from isolation from the outside world. Think about it, the toons if they were brought in the real world by Joey, they were most likely kept in the studio 24/7 cause they couldn't leave, and there's no windows in the building! So it was so isolated from the outside world. He probably snapped from years of being alone. He felt betrayed, that he didn't get justice.
Or, it's not truely Bendy. Maybe Bendy could hear maddening whispers from the ink that were unwanted toons that were grounded up back into ink to be reused in the ink machine. The whispers were so tortured and unloved by their creators cause they weren't perfect. They were deformed and unwanted. They needed to make the creators pay. They probably convinced Bendy that he would get betrayed, probably lied to him, impersonating Joey or another creator to say something that would upset or scare Bendy. When Bendy was in a weakened state of fear, the whispers comforted him and told him they can help him before things get worse, before Joey or another creator would kill their perfect creations. He agreed, he didn't know at the time what the price would be. The ink added to him, making him a beast to be feared and he began a rampage to deal with all the evil, lying creators. The whispers feed off of Bendy's broken and angry emotions, to become the monster we seen him as. In short, Bendy got possessed by angry souls and they are the evil ones, and using Bendy's form as a solid figure for themselves. Bendy is trapped within, he can't escape at all.
Yet that one moment in Chapter 4 when he dealt with Norman, that was one time Bendy gotten control back for a short time. He probably even makes Henry pass out (the death states) to convince the whispers the man is dead so he won't have to finish him off.
It can be a lot of things. I hope that my answer was entertaining to read.
Well i really think that Bendy actually SAVES Henry from the Projectonist. But there can be many solutions :D
