Missing Bacon Soup (Won't Spawn)

So I'm trying to get all the achievements in BATIM, but the Bacon Soup won't spawn.
I've try uninstalling and reinstalling, removing the DLC's and getting them again, I can't even start a proper new game when you see Joey's letter.
Do you know what the problem is and how to fix it?

Which chapter? now if you collected the soup already they won't respawn, meant to make it easier to get the achievement since you only need to look for the one you are missing though it seems to be causing issues for players

All the chapters. 1, 2, 3
Even when I restart the chapter they won't come back. It's not like I'm playing the chapter and quit, then come back. They are gone even when I restart the entire thing.

Because you collected them,

Chapter 1 - most likely missing the can in the final room with the ritual circle where you faint, to the left of the door as you slowly walk in

Chapter 2 - Most likely the can behind a barrel in the room where Sammy ties you up

Chapter 3 - Most likely the can behind the locked door in the bathroom (safehouse)

Any of those you are missing possibly?

Some, yes, I didn't know some were in the ritual room, I'll check to see it there is some there or not. If not then yes they are simply not spawning.

Someone earlier thought his was bugged, he found a missing can in chapter 3 just outside the safehouse door between two vending machines, otherwise all I can think of is the missing can near the paint cans on the stairs or possibly in the roomof dead Boris's for chapter 3 for sneaky cans

Turns out you were right! The ones I got previously were the ones missing as i found some that I missed, like in the ritual room that you mentioned! Thank you!

Since the patch update, they changed it that once you collected the soup, they're gone forever. Even if you restart. They did that so you don't have to get the soup in one go anymore to get the achievement.

This is happening for me, the only problem is it's the soup cans used to make soup for boris
