BATIM files wiped

I had to uninstall steam because it was glitching out and I couldnt download anything, when I got back, I opened BATIM it said that I had no files, so I went to check integrity and it said it was fine, does anybody have any idea how to fix this or do I have to re-buy the whole game entirely, and to clear up if I didnt explain it enough, when I checked the integrity of the files, it said that everything was fine, meaning that there was still files there apparently but there wasnt any and I couldnt play
If you have any idea I would love to hear it because I really want to play this game again

When you say no files, do you mean your save files are gone or do you mean that the BATIM folder in Steam is empty?

Edit: Also were you playing the original version where each chapter was a DLC/patch or the new full complete one?

I have the same issue. There are no files in the "Bendy and the ink Machine folder" I recently set up a new gaming rig and went to download for my son to play and the game will "download" 0 bytes from steam and notify me with a "Successful install" and will even be so kind as to place a shortcut on my desktop, yet when clicking the desktop (or checking the folder itself) there will always be the error of missing executable "Bendy and the ink machine.exe"

I'm sorry to say that you can't play the original DLC version anymore, if you uninstalled it after it was removed from Steam you can't reinstall since that version doesn't exist on Steam anymore. You have to buy the full complete version now.

To do that follow these instructions:

In the upper right corner of Steam click your account name, select Account details, in the Store and Purchase History area click the View licenses and product keys options, find Bendy and The Ink Machine (it should say complimentary), click the remove option, you should now be able to buy the complete version of the game.

Also why do people not check the other discussions? There are literally dozens of other posts that ask this question, all of which have been solved. (Most of them by me!)

Okay thank you, it works now, I got to buy the buddy bundle because it cost less then the actual game XD thanks man
