Trapped myself on Chapter 3
I was playing Chapter 3 today and I got to the section where you have to hunt down the Cutouts, I head to the main toy floor where the majority of the cutouts are and the ink demon spawned, so I ran past the toy shelves but, in a hope to cut off the ink demon I hit the switch to move the toy shelves and closed off the passasge behind.

Issue is there appears to be no way to open it back up from this side of the level. So, I appear to be stuck here in the room where you first encounter Alice Angel.

Anyone know how I can move the shelf or get back into the main toy factory?

EDIT: Okay so, Thankfully my last save was before I moved the toyshelf but that does seem a bit like poor level designing to be able to trap yourself off from an objective area, Perhaps add a button on the other side to move the shelf.

Well for one thing, you're not supposed to hit that while running for your life lol. It effectively breaks the game in terms of trapping both him and you. You'd have to restart, which you've found out. If he happens to be in Aice's room while you're in the toy room, you're screwed. No way to despawn him.

Well, That is on game design. it is a logical thing to put a barrier between yourself and said monster. Again, an Oversight on the level designing if you are able to break the game without exploits or glitches. If you're "not suppose to" then you shouldn't be able too, or there should simply be a switch on the other side to move the shelves again.

He can easily be outrun if you have enough space between you and him. He's slow af. Far as I know, you're the only one to ever hit that switch without the intentions of just screwing around with him. There wouldn't be a button on the other side because there was no need--that's Alice's room, not the toy room where you're supposed to move the shelves.
