Could also be a second version of Sammy Lawrence. Wouldn't surprise me.
That's also a possibility.
Maybe he sounds different cause Henry was hit in the head before and literally just woke up, so Sammy sounded off? Hence the corrupted sort of filter?
In VA work whether amateur or pro a common quirk is once someone has done a voice every take after is them trying to emulate the voice they did before rather than making that "voice". This can be a positive as an actor evolves more naturally into their role, check the first episode and pilots vs later ones of cartoon sitcoms or a negative as a actor may need more takes as each one gets worse. Due to the long release stretches and assumingly VA work not being front loaded which is the norm in the industry (people will record huge bulks of possibly unused lines) he probably just forgot how to fully do his original voice.
