When he runs away from you approach him and a cutscene will play. To do this you gotta knock his mask off.

Alright, thanks. And what about the bad guys afterword? They just wont stop coming. Am I supposed to do something?

That battle takes forever, just keep fighting and eventually they'll stop spawning :cupup:

What this guy said. If it helps, you could probably just make Tom and Allison fight them all off without you lifting a finger if you kept running around.
