Chapter 5 (completed) file

Has access to the archives and the other unlockable. All chapters are unlocked and can be played at leisure.

I'll edit this in a moment or two to put up a step by step for how to use this as your own save file.

EDIT (legit just a copy and paste from another post I made earlier):

-Download that mediafire link, save it whereever (or desktop for simplicity)
-Go to windows search and type in 'run' (or press windows key + r)
-type in %appdata% and press enter
-The text bar above with the file locations, backspace all of '\Roaming'. This will put you in the folder with three other folders to choose from.
-go to LocalLow
-go to Joey Drew Studios -Bendy and the Ink Machine - Saves


-That batim.game file you see is the one your replacing. If you want to make another folder (as a backup/just incase) feel free to put it in the same folder and name it however it wont harm anything. Go to the place where you saved the other batim file.
-Cut that file and paste it into your own save directory.
-Voila! That save file should pop up in save 1 or 2, depending on if you still have the old save in theMeatly folder in the same place that you found the Joey drew studios one.

EDIT3: I do want to point out that anyone that has to send me an email for access to the file needs to use a different email because wonky domain names will not allow access to publicly available files -- it tells me the domain name disallows it... for whatever reason. The file is put on PUBLIC so ANYONE should be able to download it. Don't really know why this is a thing, but just use a different email.

I didnt have to start from the beginning. It seems the save in the old folder, when the one in the new one was deleted dropped me smack dab in the middle of chapter 5 and I just beat it from there (since I had already done it before).

Unfortunately I've never owned a mac so I wouldn't know how to do this on one. There's probably a more generic save data location you can google up for where to put the file though (but mines also on windows.. not sure if it'd work but you can try).

You can still play chapter 5 through the completed file without having to worry about the save states or the chapters locking up on you. The only thing your really missing is the "Here's what you unlocked!" Screen, unless if the credits don't replay again, which they should (they're practically semi animated).

If you mean it'll let you go back and play through any chapter you want including chapter 5 then yes. Otherwise I'm not sure what you mean.

I think it saves the progress of beating the game and resets back at chapter 1 (there's an unlockable that makes this a good thing). There's only one save point in chapter 5. You can still play chapter 5 from the chapter select screen on that save file, and if you die it checkpoints you at certain intervals within the chapter.

So yes it does save the progress by acknowledging I beat it and putting me back at the beginning of chapter 1, but all the chapters are unlocked for playability freedom.

Ditto, twas why when my continuing file somehow started working halfway through that chapter I bolted to the end and slapped the file down somewhere haha. I'm glad it's helping people out.

All I got are fragments of a possible file location for mac if you take apart the one this guy talks about: https://forums.totalwar.com/discussion/195317/where-are-saved-files-located-on-mac-version-steam-as-well-of-mtw2

But I think if you go to: '/Users/yourmacuser/Library' or '/Users/yourmacuser/Library/Application Support' you'll be able to find your way to the save file location.

last time I went onto media fire my computer almost got a virus. I guess I just have to deal with playing through the piece of ♥♥♥♥ that we call "Chapter 3" if I ever wanna play Chapter 5
