Did I screw up? Chapter 3

So I'm on the mission to destroy the Bendy cutouts, and I have to go to Heavenly Toys to do so, but when I try to go there via the toy making room, the shelf full of dolls is in the way! On the other side is the valve to move it but there's no way for me to get over there since I'm blocked off! Is there another way to get into Heavenly Toys? Or am I doomed to restart the chapter from the beginning?

You've already been through the shelf with dolls room, but when trying to get back to the huge room with the 5+ bendy cut outs the shelf moved back into place and you can't get through?

Try walking away from that room (out a room or two) and walking back. Try seeing if the elevator moving up and down resets it too, if that doesn't work. Otherwise you might just be stuck and have to restart from an earlier save/restart the whole chapter if you saved before starting this segment.

If it continues to persist even after that... Probably a bug that needs to be fixed.
